At Lockly, we stand behind our smart home technology and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your smart lock, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the RMA process.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Hardware

    Ensure the Lockly device, including all mounting hardware and physical keys, is placed back in its original packaging.

  • 3.
    Attach Shipping Label

    Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the device to ensure it is in good condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
